A piezoelectric ignition lighter capable of performing an igniting operation by an operation cap (6), comprising a valve mechanism, an injection nozzle (3), and a piezoelectric mechanism (4) installed on the upper part of a lighter main body (1), wherein the operation cap (6) is formed of a polyacetal resin, leaf springs (7, 7) are formed integrally with each other and, when the lighter is not in operation, a space of approx. 60 to 90% of an operation stroke is formed between the operation cap and the upper end surface (1a) of the lighter main body (1) and, at the beginning of the operation, the operating load is kept at a normal operating level and, after the leaf springs (7, 7) abut on the upper end surface of the lighter main body (1), the operating load is increased by the application of the elastic load of the leaf springs (7, 7) to the operation cap, whereby the mis-operation by a child is prevented by increasing the operating load immediately before discharge without unnecessarily increasing an operation load at the beginning of the operation and an excellent controllability for normal users can be maintained.
L'invention concerne un briquet piézoélectrique pouvant être allumé grâce à l'actionnement d'un couvercle (6) assurant son fonctionnement, comprenant un mécanisme de valve, une buse (3) d'injection, et un mécanisme piézoélectrique (4) installé sur la partie supérieure du corps principal (1) du briquet. Ledit couvercle (6) est formé d'une résine polyacétalique et comprend des ressorts à lames (7, 7) intégrés. Lorsque le briquet n'est pas en position d'utilisation, un espace représentant approximativement 60 à 90 % de la position de fonctionnement est formé entre le couvercle et la surface (1a) de l'extrémité supérieure du corps principal (1) du briquet. Au début de l'utilisation, la charge de fonctionnement est maintenue à un niveau de fonctionnement normal et, suite à la butée des ressorts à lames (7, 7) contre la surface de l'extrémité supérieure du corps principal (1) du briquet, la charge de fonctionnement est augmentée grâce à l'application de la charge élastique des ressorts à lames (7, 7) sur le couvercle. On prévient ainsi toute utilisation dangereuse par un enfant, grâce à l'augmentation de la charge de fonctionnement immédiatement avant la décharge sans nécessairement augmenter la charge de fonctionnement au début de l'utilisation. Une excellente capacité de commande peut également être maintenue pour les utilisateurs habituels.
