Abstract An explosive or pyrotechnic initiator assembly is provided in which the pulverulent detonable or combustible charge within the assembly is bound together by means of a liquid polysulfide polymer binding agent. The resultant agglomerated pulverulent charge material is superior in moisture resistance, impact and vibration resistance and electrostatic charging than prior art compositions.
