ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An ignition transformer and spark plug cover assembly adapted to be mounted on an internal combustion engine for the application of ignition signals from an ignition circuit to a respective engine spark plug. The assembly comprises connectors which are secured to an engine close to respective spark plugs. A transformer assembly, including an ignition transformer, is mechanically connected to and supported by the connectors. The ignition circuit is connected to the ignition transformer through low tension conductors. A high tension conduction electrically connects the ignition transformer with a respective spark plug through a spark plug cover member.
