The invention relates to an ignition unit having nail-shaped contact pins (1) the heads (3) of which project into an ignition chamber (8), whereby the ends of a resistance wire (6) are fixed to the heads (3) of the contact pins (1). To prevent misfiring due to voltage surges a spark gap (F) is embodied between the metallic casing (10) and the contact pins (1) in such a way that several sparks can jump the gap. The igniting agent (9) filled into the ignition chamber (8) is an agent which is flowable when the unit is being produced and coats the heads (3) of the contact pins (1) and the resistance wire (6) and subsequently solidifies.
L'invention concerne une unité d'amorçage présentant des broches de contact (1) en forme d'aiguilles qui font saillie avec leurs têtes (3) dans une chambre d'amorçage (8), les extrémités d'un fil de résistance (6) étant fixées aux têtes (3) des broches de contact (1). Afin d'éviter des amorçages intempestifs dus à des surtensions, un éclateur (F), placé entre le boîtier métallique (10) et les broches de contact (1), est conçu de façon à ce que plusieurs étincelles puissent éclater entre ces éléments. Le matériau d'amorçage (9) remplissant la chambre d'amorçage (8) est un matériau coulant lors de la production de l'unité, qui entoure les têtes (3) des broches de contact (1) et le fil de résistance (6), puis se solidifie.
