Dedicated Wide Spectrum Critical Care Monitoring System applicable to adults and pediatrics in hospital intensive care use. One hundred parameter monitored capability. Monitored data collected and retained in an expanding database. Monitored patients will display clinical progress over designated time scale. In single patient prognosis the system has the ability to anticipate and predict clinical outcomes hours, days in advance of actual outcomes. Similar patient samples (clinical subsets) will project treatment responses, complications and outcomes to designated clinical end points, spanning hours to days. The expanding (collective) database will allow configuration of clinical simulations by varying parameter adjustments singly or in combination. The equipment is of modular construction. It is integrated with self- diagnostics and calibration, with programmed component renewal. Components and modules are performance rated. The operational system is designed for unprecedented reliability and not subject to age or performance obselence. Employment of radiotelemetry and satellite links widens the scope of deployment on a regional, national, and possibly global scale of utilization of this monitoring system in clinical application.
