A method for the manufacture of a III-V compound in the form of nanoparticles, such as those used in semi-conductors. The reaction proceeds at atmospheric pressure in a reaction solution by the reaction of a III compound source and a V compound source. The reaction proceeds in solvent of high boiling point. The solvent contains a stabiliser and a base. The manufactured III-V compound is precipitated from the reaction solution, isolated, purified and analysed.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un composé III-V sous la forme de nanoparticules, telles que celles utilisées dans des semi-conducteurs. La réaction se déroule à la pression atmosphérique dans une solution réactionnelle par la réaction d'une source de composé III et d'une source de composé V. La réaction se déroule dans un solvant de point d'ébullition élevé. Le solvant contient un stabilisant et une base. Le composé III-V fabriqué est précipité de la solution réactionnelle, isolé, purifié et analysé.
