IN THIS INVENTION, ANOTHER CLEAR PLASTIC BAR SITUATED ON ITS VERTICAL SUPPORT, BELOW THE LIGHT, HAS THE CAPABILITY OF SLIDING UP OR DOWN AND HAS THE ABILITY TO BE LIFTED UPWARDS ONTO THE REPORT TO KEEP THE PAGES IN PLACE IF DESIRED."
