An illuminated telephone-information display assembly adapted to support a telephone in an elevated position comprises a supporting means with at least one housing attached thereto adjacent such a telephone. Such housing in turn comprises a hollow compartment having at least one open face with illumination means disposed in such compartment. A panel assembly normally closes the open face of the housing and comprises an outer transparent panel and an inner light-diffusing panel. Releasable engagement means are provided to hold the inner and outer panels in fixed relative disposition with a light-transmitting information display sheet in fixed position between such two panels.

Le boîtier comprend un compartiment creux ayant au moins une face ouverte, où sont disposés des moyens d'éclairement. Un ensemble de panneaux ferme normalement la face ouverte du boîtier et comprend un panneau transparent extérieur et un panneau diffuseur intérieur. Des moyens d'engagement et de dégagement permettent de tenir fixes l'un par rapport à l'autre les panneaux intérieur et extérieur. Une pellicule d'affichage d'information transmettant la lumière est fixée entre ces deux panneaux.
