ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device for producing variable light effects is dis- closed. A plurality of spaced-apart strips of glass or "Lucite" are secured to a hollow column in which are located a plurality of light bulbs of different colours. These latter are adapted to be connected electrically to an electronic switching device, so that the effect achieved is a continuously-changing pattern and colour of the total emitted light.
