ABSTRACT In a lamp for illuminating the surface of a phonograph disc, it is known to have a detachable reflector housing, an adhesive base for mounting on the side of a component stereo turntable and a single pole switch for control of on and off operation. The bulb and reflector are mounted horizontally and at an angle to the base. The lamp may be positioned to reflect the light across the surface of the disc, by moving it to any desired position on the side of the turntable. This allows one to position the stylus more accurately when changing selections.
