A method for generating data indicating a degree of anatomical connectivity for each of a plurality of image elements, each image element representing a part of a body to be imaged. The method comprises for each of a plurality of image elements, generating a data set indicating connections between that image element and others of said plurality of image elements; for each of said plurality of image elements, generating data indicating a degree of connectivity of that image element, said degree of connectivity being based upon said plurality of generated data sets.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour générer des données indiquant un degré de connectivité anatomique pour chacun d'une pluralité d'éléments d'image, chaque élément d'image représentant une partie d'un corps dont l'image doit être formée. Le procédé comprend, pour chacun d'une pluralité d'éléments d'image, la génération d'un ensemble de données indiquant des connexions entre cet élément d'image et d'autres de ladite pluralité d'éléments d'image ; pour chacun de ladite pluralité d'éléments d'image, la génération des données indiquant un degré de connectivité de cet élément d'image, ledit degré de connectivité étant basé sur ladite pluralité d'ensembles de données générés.
