A system according to this invention comprises an image display means 300, a central processing unit 102, memories 103 - 108, a program processing section 100 which executes a game program which moves a moving object in a virtual three- dimensional space in which three-dimensional objects are arranged, and an operation section 200 which accepts speed data about the moving objects in the virtual three- dimensional space and outputs the data to the program processing unit. The operation section 200 outputs moving- object speed data to a perspective conversion unit 110. The perspective conversion unit 110 varies the distance between a viewpoint and a projection screen according to the relative speed of the moving object. As the effective visual area on the projection screen decreases, the range of the virtual three-dimensional space displayed in the effective visual area increases. This makes the field view angle of the projection screen variable according to the speed of the moving object.

L'invention concerne un processeur d'images doté d'un affichage (300), d'un processeur de programmes (100) présentant une unité centrale (102) et des mémoires (103-108) et exécute un programme de jeu dans lequel un corps en mouvement se déplace dans un espace tridimensionnel virtuel dans lequel des objets tridimensionnels sont placés, et une section d'exploitation (200) qui envoie au processeur (100) des données de vitesse relatives au corps en mouvement dans l'espace tridimensionnel virtuel. La section (200) envoie la vitesse de déplacement du corps en déplacement à un transformateur de perspectives (110). Ce transformateur (100) modifie la distance entre le point de vue et le plan de projection en fonction de la vitesse de déplacement relative du point de vue. La zone à haute visibilité dans le plan de projection devient plus étroite et la surface de l'espace tridimensionnel virtuel visualisé dans ladite zone devient plus importante, l'angle de vue du plan de projection étant ainsi modifié en fonction de la vitesse de déplacement du corps en mouvement.
