This invention relates to the use of compounds of the general formula wherein R1 and R2 signify hydrogen, (C1-6)-alkyl, halogen, hydroxy, (C1-6)-alkoxy and A has the significance given in the description, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, for the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment or prevention of GluR5 receptor mediated disorders, such as acute and/or chronic neurological disorders.
