The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of prevention of viral infections comprising as an active principle at least one imidazo[4,5-c]pyrimidine having the general formula (A), wherein the substituents are described in the specification. The invention also relates to processes for the preparation of compounds according to the invention having above mentioned general formula, their pharmaceutically acceptable formulations and their use as a medicine or to treat or prevent viral infections.
La présente invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques destinées au traitement ou à la prévention d'infections virales, qui comprennent en tant que principe actif au moins une imidazo[4,5-c]pyrimidine correspondant à la formule générale (A), dont les substitutifs sont décrits dans la spécification. L'invention concerne aussi des processus de préparation de composés selon l'invention ayant la formule générale mentionnée plus haut, leurs formulations pharmaceutiquement acceptables et leur utilisation en tant que médicaments ou dans le traitement ou la prévention d'infections virales.
