The invention relates to imidazole derivatives of formula (I), wherein R1 means H, A, benzyl, indane-5-yl, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-naphthaline-5-yl, dibenzothiophene-2-yl or phenyl that is unsubstituted or substituted once, twice or three times by means of Hal, A, A- CO-NH, benzyloxy, alkoxy, COOH or COOA, R2 means H or A, X means O or S, Hal means F, Cl, Br or I and A means alkyl with 1 to 6 C-atoms. The invention also relates to the physiologically acceptable salts and/or solvates thereof acting as phosphodiesterase VII inhibitors. The invention further relates to the use thereof for producing a medicament.

L'invention concerne des dérivés d'imidazole correspondant à la formule (I), ainsi que leurs sels et/ou solvates physiologiquement tolérés, utilisés en tant qu'inhibiteurs de la phosphodiestérase VII, et leur utilisation dans la fabrication d'un médicament. Dans ladite formule (I): R<1> représente H, A, benzyle, indan-5-yle, 1,2,3,4-tétrahydro-naphthalin-5-yle, dibenzothiophén-2-yle, ou bien phényle non substitué ou substitué une fois, deux fois ou trois fois par Hal, A, A-CO-NH, benzyloxy, alcoxy, COOH ou COOA; R<2> représente H ou A; X représente O ou S; Hal représente F, Cl, Br ou l; et A représente alkyle C1-C6.
