The invention relates to imidazolidine derivatives of formula (I), in which B, E, W, Y, R, R2, R3, R30, e and h have the meanings cited in the claims. The compounds of formula (I) are valuable medicament active agents which are suited, for example, for treating and preventing inflammatory diseases, for example, rheumatoid arthritis, or allergic disorders. The compounds of formula (I) are inhibitors of adhesion and migration of leukocytes and/or antagonists of the adhesion receptor VLA-4 which belong to the group of integrins. They are generally suited for treating or preventing diseases which are caused by an undesirable degree of leukocyte adhesion and/or leukocyte migration or are connected therewith or with which cell-cell interactions or cell-matrix interactions play a roll. Said interactions are based on interactions of VLA-4 receptors with the ligands thereof. The invention also relates to a method for producing the compounds of formula (I), to the use thereof, especially as medicament active agents, and to pharmaceutical preparations which contain compounds of formula (I).

L'invention concerne des dérivés d'imidazolidine de la formule (I) dans laquelle B, E, W, Y, R, R?2¿, R?3¿, R?30¿, e et h ont les significations indiquées dans les revendications. Les composés de la formule (I) sont de précieux principes actifs médicamenteux convenant par exemple pour le traitement et la prévention des maladies inflammatoires, par exemple de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, ou bien des maladies allergiques. Les composés de la formule (I) sont des inhibiteurs de l'adhésion et de la migration des leucocytes et/ou des antagonistes du récepteur d'adhésion VLA-4 appartenant au groupe des intégrines. Ils conviennent généralement pour le traitement ou la prévention des maladies qui sont provoquées par un niveau indésirable d'adhésion leucocytaire et/ou de migration leucocytaire ou qui y sont liées ou bien dans lesquelles jouent un rôle des interactions cellule-cellule ou cellule-matrice qui sont fondées sur des interactions des récepteurs VLA-4 avec leurs ligands. L'invention concerne également des procédés pour la production des composés de la formule (I), leur utilisation, notamment comme principes actifs médicamenteux, et des préparations pharmaceutiques contenant lesdits composés.
