Abstract: Imidazolidinone compound and processes for preparation thereof Disclosed are an imidazolidinone compound of the formula: Image wherein R represents a substituted or unsubstituted 5- or 6-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic monocyclic group; the ring A represents a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group; Y represents vinylene group or ethynylene group; m represents 1 to 6; n represents 0, 1 or 2; and Q represents methylene group or a single bond, or a salt thereof, a process for preparing the same and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient.
