The present invention relates to novel heterocyclic antagonists of Formula I and pharmaceutical compositions comprising said antagonists of the coticotropin releasing factor receptor ("CRF receptor") (formula), useful for the treatment of depression, anxiety, affective disorders, feeding disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, headache, drug addiction, inflammatory disorders, drug or alcohol withdrawal symptoms and other conditions the treatment of which can be effected by the antagonism of the CRF-1 receptor.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux antagonistes hétérocycliques de la formule (I) et des compositions pharmaceutiques renfermant lesdits antagonistes du récepteur du facteur de libération de la corticotropine ("récepteur CRF") servant dans le traitement de la dépression, de l'anxiété, des troubles affectifs, des troubles de l'alimentation, du trouble du stress post-traumatique, des maux de tête, de la narcomanie, des troubles inflammatoires, des symptômes du sevrage chez le toxicomane et l'alcoolique et d'autres états dont le traitement peut être affecté par l'antagonisme du récepteur CRF-1.
