This invention provides a compound of the formula (I), or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof wherein R1 is hydrogen, halo or alkyl; R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aminoalkyl or hydroxyalkyl; or R2 and R3 taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached may form hetrocyclic; R4 is hydrogen, halo, acyl, amino, amido, aryl, arylalkyl, or heteroaryl; R5 is hydrogen, halo, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, acyl, amino, amido, aryl, arylalkyl, or heteroaryl; R6 is hydrogen, alkyl or alkoxyalkyl; X is NR9 wherein R9 is hydrogen or alkyl; and Y is (CR7R8) wherein n is an integer from 0 to 5. These compounds have 5-HT4 receptor binding activity, and thus are useful for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, non-ulcer dyspepsia, Functional dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome or the like in mammalian, especially humans. This invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the above compound.
L'invention concerne un composé de formule (I) ou les sels correspondants acceptables pharmaceutiquement, où R?1¿ représente l'hydrogène, un halogène ou un alkyle, R?2¿ et R?3¿ représentent indépendamment l'hydrogène, un alkyle, un alkényle, un alkynyle, un aminoalkyle ou un hydroxyalkyle ou R?2¿ et R?3¿ pris avec l'atome d'azote auquel ils sont liés peuvent former un hétérocycle, R?4¿ représente l'hydrogène, un halogène, un acyle, un amino, un amido, un aryle, un arylalkyle ou un hétéroaryle, R?5¿ représente l'hydrogène, un halogène, un alkyle, un alkényle, un alkynyle, un acyle, un amino, un amido, un aryle, un arylalkyle ou un hétéroaryle, R?6¿ représente l'hydrogène, un alkyle ou un alkoxyalkyle, X représente NR?9¿, R?9¿ représentant l'hydrogène ou un alkyle, et Y représente (CR?7¿R?8¿), n étant un nombre entier compris entre 0 et 5. Ces composés présentent une activité de liaison au récepteur 5-HT¿4? et sont donc utilisés pour traiter le reflux gastrooesophagien pathologique, la dyspepsie non ulcéreuse, la dyspepsie fonctionnelle, le côlon irritable ou un trouble similaire chez un mammalien, notamment des êtres humains. Ladite invention a également trait à une composition pharmaceutique renfermant le composé susmentionné.
