The present invention relates to novel compounds having a phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase (P13K) inhibiting activity which are useful as medicaments, more particularly as antitumor agent. Novel 3-(imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl) derivatives or salts thereof exhibit an excellent PI3K inhibiting activity and cancer cell growth inhibiting activity, and are thus useful as medicaments, especially as PI3K inhibitors and antitumor agents.
Nouveaux composés qui sont utiles en tant que médicaments, particulièrement en tant que médicaments contre le cancer, et qui possèdent une activité d'inhibition de la phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K). Ces nouveaux dérivés 3-(imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yle) ou les sels desdits composés possèdent une excellente activité d'inhibition de la PI3K et de la prolifération de cellules cancéreuses, et sont utiles en tant qu'inhibiteurs de PI3K et en tant que médicaments contre le cancer.
