The invention relates to 2-imino oxyphenyl acetic acid derivatives of formula (I) in which the substituents and the index have the following meanings: R1 is C(CO2CH3)=NOCH3 (Ia), C(CONHCH3)=NOCH3 (Ib), C(CONH2)=NOCH3 (Ic), C(CO2CH3)=CHOCH3 (Id), or C(CO2CH3)=CHCH3 (Ie); R2 is cyano, nitro, halogen, alkyl, alkyl halide or alkoxy; m is 0,1 or 2; R3 is hydrogen, cyano, hydroxy, halogen, alkyl, alkyl halide, alkoxy alkyl, alkoxy, alkoxy halide, alkylthio, cyclopropyl, alkenyl, optionally substituted aryloxy alkyl, benzyl or benzyloxy; R4 is hydrogen, cyano, optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl and hetaryl, optionally substituted alkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkinyloxy, cycloalkoxy, heterocyclyloxy, aryloxy and hetaryloxy, optionally substituted arylthio and hetarylthio; -Q-C(R5)=N-Y1-R6 or -Q-O-N=CR7R8; R3 and R4 together with the carbon atom to which they are bound, are an optionally substituted four to eight-membered ring which can contain in addition to carbon atoms one or two oxygen atoms and/or sulphur atoms and/or NH- and/or N(C1-C4-alkyl)groups; wherein R3 and R4 are not simultaneously bound via heteroatoms to the carbon atom. The invention also relates to the salts of said derivatives, methods and intermediates for their preparation and use thereof.

L'invention concerne des dérivés d'acide 2-imino-oxyphénylacétique de la formule (I) dans laquelle les substituants et l'indice ont la notation suivante: R<1> désigne C(CO2CH3)=NOCH3 (Ia), C(CONHCH3)=NOCH3 (Ib), C(CONH2)=NOCH3 (Ic), C(CO2CH3)=CHOCH3 (Id) ou C(CO2CH3)=CHCH3 (Ie); R<2> désigne cyano, nitro, halogène, alkyle, halogénure d'alkyle ou alcoxy; m vaut 0, 1 ou 2; R<3> désigne hydrogène, cyano, hydroxy, halogène, alkyle, halogénure d'alkyle, alcoxyalkyle, alcoxy, halogénure d'alcoxy, alkylthio, cyclopropyle, alkényle; aryloxyalkyle, benzyle ou benzyloxy évent. subst.; R<4> désigne hydrogène, cyano; alkyle, alkényle, alkinyle, cycloalkyle, hétérocyclyle, aryle et hétaryle évent. subst., alcoxy, alkényloxy, alkinyloxy, cycloalcoxy, hétérocyclyloxy, aryloxy et hétaryloxy évent. subst., arylthio et hétarylthio évent. subst.; -Q-C(R<5>)=N-Y<1>-R<6> ou -Q-O-N=CR<7>R<8>; R<3> et R<4> désignent, conjointement avec l'atome de carbone auquel ils sont liés, un composé cyclique évent. subst. comportant entre quatre et huit chaînons, qui peut contenir, outre des atomes de carbone, un ou deux atomes d'oxygène et/ou de soufre et/ou des groupes NH- et/ou N(alkyle C1-C4); et R<3> et R<4> n'étant pas liés simultanément à l'atome de carbone par l'intermédiaire d'hétéroatomes. L'invention concerne également les sels de ces dérivés, des procédés et des produits intermédiaires pour leur préparation, et leur utilisation.
