The present invention concerns oral dosage forms of some particular salts of (+)- or (-)-cisapride, more particularly (+)- or (-)-cisapride-(L)-tartrate, (+)- or (-)-cisapride-(D)-tartrate, (+)- or (-)-cisapride-sulfate, or (+)- or (-)-cisapride citrate, which avoid drug-food interaction and which allow comedication of agents that increase the pH of the stomach. The invention particularly relates to solid oral dosage forms suitable for rapid dissolution. The present invention also concerns tablets which can be prepared via direct compression.
L'invention concerne des formes galéniques orales de quelques sels particuliers de (+)- ou (-)-cisapride, plus particulièrement (+)- ou (-)-cisapride-(L)-tartrate, (+)- ou (-)-cisapride-(D)-tartrate, (+)- ou (-)-cisapride-sulfate ou (+)- ou (-)-cisapride citrate empêchant l'interaction entre aliments et médicaments et permettant l'administration conjointe d'agents augmentant le pH de l'estomac. Elle concerne, en particulier, des formes galéniques orales solides pouvant se dissoudre rapidement. Elle concerne également des comprimés qu'on peut préparer par compression directe.
