The invention relates to a composition for stimulating the immune response in a patient, comprising nanoparticles based on a methyl vinyl ether-maleic acid copolymer. The aforementioned nanoparticles can also contain an allergen or an antigen and/or an immunostimulating agent, which can be contained inside said nanoparticles and/or coat at least part of the surface thereof, and, optionally, a cross-linking agent. The immune response stimulating composition can be used as an adjuvant in immunotherapy and vaccines.

L'invention concerne une composition de stimulation de la réponse immunitaire chez un sujet, comprenant des nanoparticules à base d'un copolymère de méthyl vinyl éther et d'anhydride maléique. Lesdites nanoparticules peuvent, de plus, contenir un allergène ou un antigène et/ou un agent immunostimulant, lesquels peuvent être contenus à l'intérieur desdites nanoparticules et/ou recouvrir au moins partiellement la surface desdites nanoparticules et, éventuellement, un agent de réticulation. Ladite composition de stimulation de la réponse immunitaire est utilisée comme adjuvant en immunothérapie et dans les vaccins.
