Devices and methods are provided for detecting an immune reaction to a test agent using an im-mune modeling system comprising a barrier component configured to cul-ture a biological barrier, an immune component configured to culture im-mune cells, and one or more inter-component microfluidic connections between the barrier component and the immune component. The system provides for culturing a biological barrier in the barrier component of the system, culturing immune cells in the immune component of the sys-tem, applying the test agent to the bi-ological barrier, and monitoring the immune cells to detect an immune re-action to the test agent.

L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés de détection d'une réaction immunitaire à un agent d'essai à l'aide d'un système de modélisation immunitaire comprenant un composant barrière configuré pour mettre en culture une barrière biologique, un composant immunitaire configuré pour mettre en culture des cellules immunes, et une ou plusieurs communications microfluidiques inter-composants entre le composant barrière et le composant immunitaire.
