Method for identifying genes with site specific or site preferred expression in target cells that are initially detected and isolated by repeated immuno- magnetic procedures. The purified target cells are then exposed to known cloning procedures. Preferred target cells are malignant cells, e.g. metastatic cells. Gene cloning methods may include the differential display or substractive hybridization approaches.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'identification de gènes caractérisés par une expression à spécificité de site ou préférence du site dans les cellules cibles qui sont initialement détectées et isolées par des procédures immuno-magnétiques répétées. Le procédé consiste ensuite à soumettre les cellules cibles à des procédures connues de clonage. Les cellules cibles préférées sont des cellules malignes telles que des cellules métastatiques. Le procédé de clonage de gène peut impliquer des techniques de mise en évidence différentielle ou d'hybridation soustractive.
