The invention relates to an immunoenzymatic method for the quantification of protein CETP in plasma, which requires the utilization of fusion protein GST/CETP, the synthetic peptide CETP H486-S496 and polyclonal antibody anti- CEPT H486-S496. The method is used in the study of pathologies involving alterations in the CETP levels in plasma or in seric lipids and makes it possible to detect, evaluate and follow-up patients suffering from dyslipidemia and/or risk of altergenesis.
L'invention concerne une méthode immunoenzymatique de quantification de la protéine CETP dans du plasma. Cette méthode fait appel à la protéine de fusion GST/CETP, au peptide synthétique CETP H486-S496 et à l'anticorps polyclonal anti-CEPT H486-S496. Cette méthode s'applique à l'étude de pathologies qui impliquent des altérations des niveaux de CETP dans le plasma ou des niveaux de lipides sériques et permet de détecter, d'évaluer et de surveiller des patients souffrant de dyslipidémie et/ou de risque d'altergenèse.
