The present invention relates to immunotherapeutic methods, and molecules and cells for use in immunotherapeutic methods. In particular, the present invention relates to the immunotherapy of cancer, in particular renal cancer. The present invention furthermore relates to tumour-associated T-helper cell peptide epitopes, alone or in combination with other tumour-associated peptides, that serve as active pharmaceutical ingredients of vaccine compositions which stimulate anti-tumour immune responses. In particular, the present invention relates to 338 novel peptide sequences derived from HLA class II molecules of human tumour cell lines which can be used in vaccine compositions for eliciting anti-tumour immune responses.
L'invention concerne des procédés immunothérapeutiques, ainsi que des molécules et des cellules utilisées lors de ces procédés. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne l'immunothérapie du cancer, notamment le cancer du rein. L'invention concerne également des épitopes peptidiques de lymphocytes T auxiliaires associés à une tumeur, seuls ou en combinaison avec d'autres peptides associés à une tumeur, qui servent d'ingrédients pharmaceutiques actifs de compositions de vaccins qui stimulent des réactions immunitaires antitumorales. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne 338 nouvelles séquences peptidiques dérivées des molécules HLA classe II de lignées cellulaires tumorales humaines que l'on peut utiliser dans des compositions de vaccins sollicitant des réactions immunitaires antitumorales.
