TITLE: IMPROVED IMMUNOGENICITY OF A VACCINE BY INCORPORATION OF A CYTOKINE WITHIN AN IMMUNE-STIMULATING COMPLEX CONTAINING AN ANTIGEN ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This disclosure describes a vaccine comprising an effective immunizing amount of an immune-stimulating complex which contains an antigen and a cytokine. The composition may also contain conventional adjuvants, preservatives and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The disclosure further describes a unique method for enhancing or accelerating the immunogenicity of weak antigens by parenterally administering to a mammal an effective immunizing amount of the aforesaid vaccine.
