Immunological compositions and methods for making and using them. The compositions contain at least one antigen and at least one lipoprotein and optionally an adjuvant. The lipoprotein can itself be antigenic or immunogenic. The antigen can be influenza HA and the lipoprotein a recombinantly expressed product having an OspA leader for lipidation and PspA for the protein portion. The antigen can be OspC and the lipoprotein OspA. The components of the composition are co-administered. A potentiated immunological response is obtained by the compositions and methods.
Compositions immunologiques et leurs procédés de préparation et d'utilisation. Ces compositions renferment au moins un antigène, au moins une lipoprotéine et éventuellement un adjuvant. La lipoprotéine peut elle-même être antigénique ou immunogène. L'antigène peut être la grippe HA et la lipoprotéine peut être un produit exprimé par recombinaison et doté d'une séquence leader OspA pour la lipidation et de PspA pour la partie protéique. L'antigène peut être OspC et la lipoprotéine peut être OspA. Les constituants de la composition sont administrés simultanément. Ces compositions et procédés assurent une réponse immunologique potentialisée.
