The invention provides new compositions and methods for immunomodulation of individuals. Immunomodulation is accomplished by administration of immunomodulatory polynucleotide/microcarrier (IMP/MC) complexes. The IMP/MC complexes may be covalently or non-covalently bound, and feature a heptameric oligonucleotide, comprising at least one 5'-CG-3' sequence, bound to a microcarrier or nanocarrier.

L'invention concerne de nouvelles compositions et de nouveaux procédés destinés à l'immunomodulation des personnes. L'immunomodulation est réalisée par administration de complexes polynucléotides immunomodulateurs/microporteurs (IMP/MC). Lesdits complexes IMP/MC peuvent être liés par covalence ou non, et comprennent un oligonucléotide heptamère, contenant au moins une séquence 5'-CG-3', et lié à un microporteur ou à un nanoporteur.
