The invention concerns the use of a membrane fraction of gram-negative bacteria, in particular Klebsiella pnemoniae for preparing a pharmaceutical composition that is immunostimulant and/or capable of inducing an antitumoral immune response, designed in particular for treating and preventing cancers. The invention further comprises methods for preparing said membrane fractions and pharmaceutical compositions containing them, in particular combined with anticancer compounds.
La présente invention a pour objet l'utilisation d'une fraction membranaire de bactéries à gram négatif, notamment de Klebsiella pneumoniae pour la préparation d'une composition pharmaceutique immunostimulante et/ou capable d'induire une réponse immunitaire antitumorale, destinée en particulier au traitement et à la prévention des cancers. L'invention comprend en outre des procédés de préparation desdites fractions membranaires ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant, notamment associées à des composés anticancéreux.
