The present invention relates to compositions comprising nucleobases and/or sources of nucleobases and polysaccharides from extracts of fungi, yeasts or bacteria. Preferably, the compositions include Nucleoforce® or Nucleoforce® Dogs and AHCC®. Said compositions are useful in the treatment and prevention of immunosuppression, of the toxicity derived from chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment, of diseases of the immune system, of cancer or an infection; and are also useful to stimulate the immune function in a mammal, including a human.
La présente invention concerne des compositions comprenant des nucléobases et/ou des sources de nucléobases et des polysaccharides provenant d'extraits de champignons, de levures ou de bactéries. De préférence, lesdites compositions incluent Nucleoforce® ou Nucleoforce® Dogs et AHCC®. Lesdites compositions sont utiles dans le traitement et la prévention de l'immunosuppression, de la toxicité dérivée d'un traitement de chimiothérapie ou de radiothérapie, de maladies du système nerveux, du cancer ou d'une infection. Ces compositions sont également utiles pour stimuler la fonction immunitaire chez un mammifère, y compris un humain.
