Methods and compositions for treating, preventing and/or managing various hematological malignancies are disclosed. Specific methods and compositions relate to use of tumor cells engineered to express antigen presenting molecules which present antigens recognized by invariant Natural Killer T (iNKT) cells and eliciting antitumor immune response from iNKT cells using such tumor cells, optionally in combination with an immunomodulatory compound.

La présente invention concerne des procédés et des compositions pour traiter, prévenir et/ou gérer diverses malignités hématologiques. Des procédés et des compositions spécifiques concernent l'utilisation de cellules tumorales modifiées pour exprimer des molécules présentant un antigène et qui présentent des antigènes reconnus par les lymphocytes T tueurs naturels invariants (iNKT) et provoquer une réponse immunitaire antitumorale à partir des cellules iNKT utilisant de telles cellules tumorales, éventuellement en association avec un composé immunomodulateur.
