-20- ABSTRACT The present invention provides an immunotoxin conjugate comprising an antibody which binds to a tumor cell and which has a property to be easily internalized into the tumor cell, and A chain of a toxin bound to the antibody. Since the immunotoxin conjugate of the present invention can specifically send a cytotoxic component to the tumor cells and can make the tumor cells take the conjugate into the cells so as to effectively kill the tumor cells, the immunotoxin conjugate of the present invention is useful as a pharmaceutical for treating cancers.
