An ergonomic adaptation to a keyboard, including a plurality of pads, or key pillows, preferably formed together into a key pillow tablet. The key pillows (26) either replace or fit over keys of a keyboard (20) to alter the consistency, texture, and/or shape of the traditional keys. In alternative embodiments, each of the key pillows (26) may be formed individually to replace or fit over some or all of the keyboard keys. The key pillow tablet further includes raised pads at the front of the keyboard (20) on which the palms may rest during typing to maintain a satisfactory low angle of the fingers with respect to the elbow. The adaptation may either be an attachment to the keyboard or may be integrally formed to a keyboard during the keyboard's manufacture.
Dispositif d'adaptation ergonomique destiné à un clavier, qui comprend une pluralité de touches ou coussinets de touches, de préférence réunis de façon à former une tablette de coussinets de touches (26). Ces derniers remplacent ou recouvrent les touches d'un clavier (20), de façon à modifier la consistance, la texture et/ou la forme des touches classiques. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, chaque coussinet (26) peut être formé individuellement de façon à remplacer ou à recouvrir certaines touches ou toutes les touches du clavier. La tablette de coussinets comprend également à l'avant du clavier (20) des blocs surélevés, sur lesquels les paumes peuvent reposer durant la frappe afin que l'angle des doigts par rapport au coude reste suffisamment petit. On peut réaliser l'adaptation soit en fixant le dispositif sur le clavier, soit en formant ledit dispositif en monobloc avec le clavier durant la fabrication de celui-ci.
