The Impact Industrial Equipment Protectors, by design are self-fastening and is easily applied to truck or trailer frame rails, cargo straps, chains and lifting slings. The frame rail protector can be molded to fit all truck manufacturers' frame rail designs to include both single and double-framed chassis, and extruded to any length desired. The present invention, used in the frame rail application, by design is much safer than the prior art because the frame rail protector cannot move, shift or fall out after installation.
