The invention concerns thermoplastic impact-resistant compositions comprising (A) a thermoplastic methacrylic polymer or copolymer (P) including for the major part methyl methacrylate units, (B) at least an impact resistance enhancing additive and at least a grafted elastomeric polymer (C) bearing thermoplastic methacrylic (co)polymer groups (P) grafted at least in pendant position on an elastomeric copolymer (C·), said elastomeric copolymer (C·) being obtained from (i) at least a vinylaromatic monomer (C?1¿), (ii) at least a monomer (C?2¿) selected among the C¿1?-C¿15? linear or branched alkyl acrylates, alkoxyalkyl acrylates wherein the alkyl group(s) have 1 to 4 carbon atoms and aralkyl acrylates wherein the alkyl group(s) has/have 1 to 15 carbon atoms and/or at least a diene monomer (C?3¿) and (iii) optionally at least an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (C?4¿) with pendant initiator function(s), said monomer(s) (C?4¿) being necessary in the absence of monomer (C?3¿), said grafted elastomeric copolymer (C) being dispersed in the matrix (A) in the form of nodules 10 to 500 nm in size capable of having a droplet, capsule-type single-inclusion and/or salami-type multiple inclusion morphology.
Les compositions thermoplastiques résistantes au choc comprennent (A) une matrice de polymère ou copolymère méthacrylique thermoplastique (P) contenant majoritairement des motifs méthacrylate de méthyle, (B) au moins un additif renforçateur choc et au moins un copolymère élastomère greffé (C) portant des groupes (co)polymères méthacryliques thermoplastiques (P) greffés au moins en position pendante sur un copolymère élastomère (C~), ce copolymère élastomère (C~) étant obtenu à partir (i) d'au moins un monomère (C1) vinylaromatique, (ii) d'au moins un monomère (C2) choisi parmi les acrylates d'alkyle linéaire ou ramifié en C1-C15, les acrylates d'alcoxyalkyle dans lesquels les groupes alkyles ont de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone et les acrylates d'aralkyle dans lesquels le(s) groupe(s) alkyle ont de 1 à 15 atomes de carbone et/ou d'au moins un monomère (C3) diénique et (iii) éventuellement d'au moins un monomère (C4) à insaturation éthylénique et à fonction(s) amorceur(s) pendante(s), ce ou ces monomère(s) (C4) étant nécessaire(s) en l'absence de monomère (C3), ledit copolymère élastomère greffé (C) étant dispersé dans la matrice (A) sous forme de nodules de dimension 10 nm à 500 nm pouvant avoir une morphologie gouttelette, mono-inclusion du type capsules et/ou multi-inclusion du type salamis.
