The invention relates to an impact resistant moulding of polyamide 4.6, consisting of 95-60 parts by wt. of polyamide 4.6 and 5-40 parts by wt. of impact modifier, in which the polyamide 4.6 has a first melting enthalpy which is at least 30 Joule per gram higher than the second melting enthalpy. The moulding has a HDT > 280~C and an impact resistance at room temperature > 20 kJ/m2.
