An implant for an osteosynthesis device, in particular for the spine, including a bone anchorage portion (11) and a body with a sideways-open channel (13) for receiving a rod (T), a hollow member (20) surrounding the body (12) and having two recesses to be engaged by the rod on either side of said body (12), and a device (30) for fastening the hollow member onto the body. Said hollow member is a cap (20) fitted over the body and provided with a rounded top portion (21b) with an opening (25) therein, the body (12) comprises a threaded hole (14) opposite said opening, and the head (31) of a screw (30) engages the top (21b, 25a) of the cap, its threaded portion (32) being screwed into the threaded hole through said opening.
Un implant pour dispositif d'ostéosynthèse notamment du rachis comprend une partie (11) destinée à l'ancrage osseux et un corps dans lequel est formé un canal (13) apte à recevoir une tige (T), le canal débouchant latéralement sur le corps, un élément creux (20) apte à entourer le corps (12) et possédant deux encoches aptes à recevoir la tige de part et d'autre du corps (12), et un moyen (30) de fixation de l'élément creux sur le corps. Selon l'invention: l'élément creux est un capuchon (20) coiffant le corps avec une partie de sommet arrondie (21b) dans laquelle est formée une ouverture (25), le corps (12) comporte en vis-à- vis de ladite ouverture un trou taraudé (14), et la tête (31) d'une vis (30) vient en appui sur le sommet (21b, 25a) du capuchon, sa partie filetée (32) étant vissée dans le trou taraudé à travers ladite ouverture.
