The implant 1 is intended for use in bone fixation. It consists of a combination of the two materials metal and plastic. It is provided with several passages (2) with axles (3) running through the implant (1), which are suitable for receiving a bone fixation device, specifically a bone screw. The passages (2) are provided with a peripheral perimeter (4), which is made of a different materiel than the material of the implant (1) surrounding the perimeter (4). This design provides an implant that is, on the one hand, not too rigid and, on the other hand, does not present problems as regards the screw-implant interface.

L'invention concerne un implant (1) pour fixation osseuse, composé d'une combinaison de deux matériaux, à savoir métal et plastique. Cet implant comporte plusieurs passages (2) le (1) traversant et comportant des axes (3) aptes à recevoir un dispositif de fixation osseuse, notamment une vis pour os. Les passages (2) sont pourvus d'un bord périphérique (4) constitué par un autre matériau que celui formant le bord (4) de l'implant (1). On obtient ainsi un implant qui, d'une part, est moins rigide et, d'autre part, ne pose pas de problème en termes d'interface vis/implant.
