The aim of the invention is to provide an implant for releasing an active substance into a vessel through which a body medium flows. This aim is achieved by the inventive implant for releasing an active substance into a vessel through which a body medium flows. Said implant comprises a base that consists of a biodegradable material as the carrier of the active substance to be released. The body medium flows around said base on the inside and/or outside thereof.

L'invention a pour but de fournir un implant permettant de libérer une substance active dans un récipient à l'intérieur duquel circule un fluide corporel. L'invention a en conséquence pour objet un implant permettant de libérer une substance active dans un récipient traversé par un fluide corporel, et est caractérisée en ce que l'implant comprend un corps de base qui est constitué par un matériau biodégradable, en tant que support de la substance à libérer et qui est parcouru intérieurement et/ou extérieurement par le fluide corporel.
