According to the invention, a plate, especially for the upper arm, has guides for preferably two screws which steadily holds the screws such that they are at an angle relative to said plate. In addition, the screws are preferably fixed to a fixing device such that they can be detached and are prevented from turning in the screw shaft and displacing in a direction of the screw shaft. To this end, a special screw is provided which has an outer thread diameter that is larger than the adjacent shaft diameter. The shaft diameter increases in the area of the screw head in order to guarantee a sure guiding.
Selon l'invention, une plaque destinée en particulier à la partie supérieure du bras comporte des canaux de guidage destinés de préférence à deux vis, lesquels maintiennent les vis de façon stable à un certain angle par rapport à ladite plaque. Ces vis sont, de préférence, en outre bloquées, de façon libérable, au moyen d'un dispositif de serrage empêchant, de façon stable, toute rotation de ces vis autour de l'axe de leur tige et tout décalage de ces vis dans le sens de leur tige. Une vis spéciale, dont le diamètre extérieur du filetage est supérieur au diamètre adjacent de la tige, peut être utilisée avec cette plaque. Pour qu'un guidage sûr soit garanti, le diamètre de la tige est agrandi dans la zone de la tête de tige.
