The invention concerns the use of biologically absorbable polymer microspheres or microparticles suspended in a gel. Said suspension is produced either ready-for-use or freeze-dried. The biological absorbability of the microspheres is controlled and enables the production of implants having well defined persistence and deliberately limited to 3 years.

L'invention concerne l'utilisation de microsphères ou de microparticules de polymères bio-résorbables en suspension dans un gel. Cette suspension est présentée soit prête d l'emploi, soit sous forme lyophilisée. La bio-résorbabilité des microsphères est contrôlée et permet de réaliser des implants dont la rémanence est bien définie et limitée volontairement à 3 ans.
