The invention relates to an implant, for the treatment of a cystocele, having a thin and flexible structure, characterised in comprising a support body (2) from which extend at least two anterior suspension harnesses (3) run, arranged to both sides of a sagittal plane (S), two posterior suspension harnesses (4), arranged to both sides of the sagittal plane (S) and two medial suspension harnesses (5) arranged to both sides of the sagittal plane (S) and between the anterior (3) and posterior (4) harnesses. The above is of application to the treatment of a cystocele.
L'invention concerne un implant, pour le traitement de la cystocèle, présentant une structure mince et souple, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps de support (2) à partir duquel s'étendent au moins : deux bretelles de suspension antérieures (3), disposées de part et d'autre d'un plan sagittal (S), deux bretelles de suspension postérieures (4), disposées de part et d'autre du plan sagittal (S), et deux bretelles de suspension moyennes (5) disposées de part et d'autre du plan sagittal (S) et entre les bretelles antérieures (3) et postérieures (4).
