The invention concerns an implant forming a multifocal intraocular lens (1) for the eye anterior segment comprising an optical element (11, 12) and haptic elements (13) extending at the optical element periphery. The optical element (10) is adapted to correct possible residual ametropia resulting from a main implant already implanted (2) and to bring additional correction enabling clear distant and near vision in accordance with the of multifocal configuration.
