The invention relates to an implant plant and the use thereof in surgery and/or orthopedics. The implant plate according to the invention serves to stabilize a fracture of an upper-arm head and/or a fracture of a proximal upper arm. It is therefore fitted with at least one raised receiving member (6) for a flexible fastening member (29) on a side, facing away from a bone (4), of a head-end portion (2) of the implant plate (1). Each receiving member (6) has an aperture (7) extending substantially parallel to an outer edge or contour (8), and to the side of the implant plate (1) facing away from the bone (4), for threading, passing-through, and drawing together the flexible fastening member (2). The receiving member (6) can be formed using process and plant technology from strip material (42), or using externally fabricated receiving members (6) that are welded, press-welded, soldered, screwed, or riveted onto the outer side of the implant plate (1).
L'invention concerne une plaque à implanter servant à la stabilisation d'une fracture de la tête de l'humérus et/ou d'une fracture de la partie proximale de l'humérus. Pour cette raison, cette plaque à implanter (1) est, sur la face opposée à l'os (4) de sa partie (2) située côté tête, pourvue d'au moins un logement (6) en saillie destiné à un élément de fixation (29) flexible. Chaque logement (6) présente un évidement (7) s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement par rapport au bord ou au contour extérieur (8) et à la face de la plaque à implanter (1) opposée à l'os (4), cet évidement servant à l'insertion, au passage et au resserrage de l'élément de fixation (2) flexible. Le logement (6) peut, selon le procédé et avec l'installation utilisée, être formé dans le matériau en bande (42) ou à l'aide d'éléments de logement préfabriqués extérieurement qui peuvent être simplement soudés, soudés par pression, brasés, vissés ou rivetés sur la face extérieure de la plaque à implanter. L'invention concerne également un procédé et une installation pour fabriquer les plaques à.implanter, ainsi que l'utilisation d'une telle plaque en chirurgie et/ou en orthopédie.
