The invention relates to an implantable device (1) for injecting and/or drawing fluid comprising, on the one hand (2) and, on the other, a puncture wall (3) added to said hollow body (2) so that the hollow body (2) and puncture wall (3) delimits a chamber (4), said puncture wall (3) being designed for being transfixed by a hollow needle for injecting and/or drawing the fluid into the chamber (4), said device (1) being characterized in that it comprises a means for fixing (8) the puncture wall to the hollow body (2) so that the hollow body (2), puncture wall (3) and fixing means (8) form a single subassembly (9), and an enclosure (10) essentially covering the puncture wall (3). L'invention concerne un dispositif implantable (1) d'injection et/ou de prélèvement de fluide comprenant d'une part un corps creux (2) et d'autre part une paroi de ponction (3) rapportée sur ledit corps creux (2) de façon que lesdits corps creux (2) et paroi de ponction (3) délimitent une chambre (4), ladite paroi de ponction (3) étant conçue pour être transpercée par une aiguille creuse en vue d'injecter et/ou de prélever du fluide dans la chambre (4), ledit dispositif (1) étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen de fixation (8) de la paroi de ponction au corps creux (2) de façon que lesdits corps creux (2), paroi de ponction (3) et moyen de fixation (8) forment un sous-ensemble unitaire (9), et une enveloppe (10) recouvrant sensiblement la paroi de ponction (3).
