The invention concerns a device for injecting (1) medical substances to be implanted into a sub-cutaneous region of a patient's body. Said device comprises a rigid hollow housing (2) including an orifice hermetically sealed by a membrane (3) for defining a chamber (12). A conduit (4) is connected to the housing to link the chamber outside the device. The device further comprises an elastomer casing (15) covering the housing, the membrane being an integral part of the casing. The invention constitutes an implantable device for chemotherapeutic treatment.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'injection (1) de substances médicales destiné à être implanté dans une zone sous-cutanée du corps d'un patient. Le dispositif comprend un boîtier rigide creux (2) qui comporte une ouverture et qui est fermé de manière hermétique par une membrane (3) pour délimiter une chambre (12). Un conduit (4) est connecté au boîtier pour relier la chambre à l'extérieur du dispositif. Le dispositif comprend en outre une enveloppe (15) en matériau élastomère qui recouvre le boîtier, la membrane faisant partie intégrante de l'enveloppe. Dispositif implantable pour traitement par chimiothérapie.
