An implantation pin kit and a method for implanting an implantation pin is provided. The implantation pin kit comprises: a cannulated implantation pin (1) having a channel (11) and a heating device (19). The channel (11) of the pin (1) extends in a longitudinal direction of the pin (1) and connects a proximal opening (13) at a proximal end of the pin (1) with a distal opening (15) at a distal end of the pin (1).The channel (11) of the pin (1) and the heating device (19) are adapted such that the heating device (19) can be accommodated within at least a portion of the channel (11) of the pin (1). The heating device (19) is adapted to thermally heat material comprised in at least one of the pin (1) and the heating device (19). Thereby, meltable material of the pin (1) can be liquefied or additional liquefied meltable material can be inserted into the pin and the liquefied material can then be push towards and out of the distal opening (15) in order to augment and fix the implantation pin (1) in a target structure (5).
La présente invention concerne un kit de broches à implanter et un procédé destiné à implanter une broche à implanter. Le kit de broches à implanter comprend : une broche à implanter tubulaire (1) pourvue dun canal (11) et dun dispositif de chauffage (19). Le canal (11) de la broche (1) sétend dans une direction longitudinale de la broche (1) et relie une ouverture proximale (13) à une extrémité proximale de la broche (1) à une ouverture distale (15) à une extrémité distale de la broche (1). Le canal (11) de la broche (1) et le dispositif de chauffage (19) sont adaptés de sorte à ce que le dispositif de chauffage (19) puisse être compris à lintérieur dau moins une partie du canal (11) de la broche (1). Le dispositif de chauffage (19) est adapté pour chauffer thermiquement un matériau compris dans au moins un parmi la broche (1) et le dispositif de chauffage (19). De ce fait, un matériau de la broche (1) pouvant être fondu peut être liquéfié ou un matériau liquéfié pouvant encore être fondu peut être inséré à lintérieur de la broche et le matériau liquéfié peut ensuite être poussé vers et hors de louverture distale (15) afin daugmenter et de fixer la broche à implanter (1) dans une structure cible (5).
