IMPLEMENT FOR CLEANING TUBULAR CULVERTS Abstract of the Disclosure An implement for cleaning storm sewers and culverts having a tubular configuration has a carriage assembly with radially extending cutting means at a forward end and a corresponding radially extending plunger means in spaced relationship therewith at a rearward end, together with means for wetting dirt in the culvert in advance of the cutting means and further means for wetting the dirt in advance of the plunger means.
